Salam Ramadhan! For a start this is one from my current favourite cookbook (Buku resipi 1Hari 1Resipi Hanieliza)
Agar-agar santan
10 gram serbuk agar-agar
1 liter air (5 cawan)
1 cawan gula merah
½ cawan gula halus (*too sweet – reduce)
2 cawan santan pekat (1 box of kara santan, diluted)
1 biji telur ayam
1 teaspoon salt
cook agar-agar in water until boiled.
add sugar. Allow to boil again.
mix egg + santan till well mixed; sieve.
add santan and mix, allow to boil for a while.
pour mixture into mould.
cool. Serve.
