Today am a bit adventurous - naan with "indian spiced fromage frais spread" - got it from the internet. Pengat is easy to do - santan, put it sugar (i used equal amounts of brown and white sugar) boil, put in pisang. Didn't have daun pandan. Some people put sagu to make it thicker.

my mum pun buat naan today. but we went traditional... had it with curry. not very adventurous i suppose. the fromage frai spread you buat looks delish. yg the green thing on top is bayam ke?
rita, it goes somehting like this (recipe not typed out yet). blend mint leaves 1/2 cup + 1 deseeded green cili, add lime juice + sugar + salt. phase 2 = heat olive oil + mustard seeds (biji sawi + cumin) till finish popping. put that seedy oil mixture onto ff, then top with that green thing. acutally ada 2 more leaves to put into that green thing, didn't know what they are so couldn't be bothered.
