First attempt at bubur pulut hitam
1. Soak about 300 gram beras pulut hitam - few hours (Half day/overnight)
2. boil in water (banyak jugak la) + daun pandan - i used a pressure cooker so it took about 40 mins total
3. Add caster sugar 100 g + brown sugar 100 g
4. Add bit of santan (to taste actually)
5. Add bit of salt (?about 1 teaspoon - to taste)
serve with thick santan - cook 1 packet of instant coconut + bit of water + bit of salt.
